Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open!
In order to be included in the priority registration process, your registration and deposit must be submitted by February 3rd. If registrations exceed available openings, acceptances will be determined by the priority order listed below. Confirmations will be emailed by February 10.
1. Clergy or Staff Member
2. Temple Members of 3 or more years and enrolled during 2022-23
3. Temple Members less than 3 years and enrolled in the ECE during 2022-23
4. Temple Members not enrolled during 2022-23
5. Non-members enrolled during 2022-23
6. Non-members new to the ECE
Policies regarding Tuition, Deposits, and other policies:
- All payments for currently enrolled families must be up to date in order to register. If you have an outstanding balance through December 31, 2022, you must become current prior to registration.
- Deposits and Tuition: The total tuition for the school year will be divided into equal monthly payments, with approximately one month’s tuition due as a deposit with the submission of your application. All deposits are non-refundable (unless your child is not admitted into the program due to priority registration limitations). The remaining tuition is due monthly, starting on 9/1/2023. Infant/Toddler tuition will be divided over 11 months and all other age groups will be divided over 9 months. By registering your child, you are committing to pay the full annual tuition.
- Sibling Discount: Families with two or more children will receive a sibling discount of $750 per child, for all except one child. The total credit will be applied across all future monthly bills.
- Temple Membership: If you become a Temple member during the registration period, but subsequently resign your membership prior to paying a full year’s membership dues, your child will not be allowed to attend school and there will be no refunds of any previously made tuition, dues or other payments.
- Immunization Policy: All children must be current with their immunizations to register for the 2023-2024 school year.

Step One:
Check to see if you have an account on ShulCloud
ShulCloud is an online portal that you will use to manage your family profile, billing, and registration for the 2023-2024 school year. You may have an account on ShulCloud even if you’ve never registered!
Click the button to be prompted to login to ShulCloud. Hit the “forgot password” button then enter your email. If the prompt says “The email address you entered is not registered with Temple Emanu-El” then you do not have a ShulCloud account. Please move on to step two. If you are able to login, please update your family profile section. Your registration cannot be complete without this information.
Step Two:
Create an account on ShulCloud
Once your ShulCloud account is created – please complete your family profile section. Your registration cannot be complete without an up-to-date family profile.
Step Three:
Update your ShulCloud Portal with your Family Profile

Once you are logged into your ShulCloud account and your family profile is up-to-date, you will see the enrollment form for the 2022 – 2023 school year. Please call the ECE office at 908-232-7663 if you have any questions.
