Temple Emanu-El is proud to be part of the Reform Movement. The Reform Movement believes in a world in which Judaism enables all people to experience peace and wholeness (shalom), justice and equity (tzedek), and belonging and joy (shayachut and simcha).

Temple Emanu-El is home to over 950 households – one of the largest Reform Temple’s in NJ. We are a diverse, inclusive congregation with members joining at all ages and stages. Our members come from a diverse background.

Temple Emanu-El dues commitment includes membership (typically billed monthly) and an annual security fee and building fund.

Yes! High Holy Day tickets for those who are living in yours household are included in your membership. Guest tickets may be purchased separately.

Yes, absolutely! We welcome full participation of people from all faiths. There are a number of ways in which family members of other faiths can participate here at Temple Emanu-El. The clergy are happy to answer any specific questions regarding your family.

Yes. Enrollment in the Religious School is part of the benefit of becoming a member of Temple Emanu-El.
