We want your input!

Design Charrette with the Architects

Sunday, March 31 from 11 AM – 4 PM*
Come participate in an exciting all-day workshop to reimagine our synagogue building!

  • The architects will lead an all-day session where we will explore options and possibilities. Refreshments will be served.
  • We will break into smaller groups for some hands-on design, and then present our ideas to the whole group.
  • Everyone will have a chance to express their ideas.

This process will allow the architects to synthesize our concepts and incorporate them into the design of our building.

Please RSVP by March 25 using the button below or call the Temple office at 908-232-6770.

Lunch will be provided!

What is a Charrette?

A design charrette is a productive, collaborative, energizing and inclusive tool for designing a building. It helps to ensure that all voices are heard, all options are discussed and that there is a buy-in on many levels. You will come away feeling that you have contributed to the process and have a stake in the result and understand how the final plan came to be. The result, while still very conceptual, forms a solid basis for the more detailed work to come.
