Aliza Cinamon, Assistant Director of the ECE
Aliza joined TEE in the ECE in August of 2021 as the Inclusion Coordinator and became the Assistant Director of the ECE in November of 2021.
Aliza earned her BS from Yeshiva University in Early Childhood Education, and her MS from Banks Street College of Education in Manhattan.
She began her career in Early Childhood at the Park Avenue Synagogue Early Childhood Center. She started as an intern, then worked as an assistant teacher and a head teacher before becoming the assistant director. Simultaneously, she spent many of those years as Assistant Director, then Director, of Camp Keshet, Park Avenue Synagogue’s Early Childhood Day Camp.
After moving with her family to Bergen County, she worked as an Early Childhood Supervisor at the Leonard and Syril Rubin Early Childhood Center for 5 years. One relocation later, she landed in Essex County, where she grew up, and joined the staff at TEE.
Aliza lives in West Orange with her husband, Michael, and children Arielle and Judah.
